Participation & Fees

The official language of the workshop is English. The workshop is open to all European and international Arctic stakeholders with a limit of 150 participants. No participation fees will be charged. Participants are expected to finance their own travel and accommodation expenses.

Participants are also advised to make their hotel reservations well in advance.

Please note that limited exhibition space will be available for participants to present posters related to work carried out in the context of the workshop themes. To be admitted to present a poster, participants should submit a short description of the work via email (envmail@esa.int) to the organizers before August 30.
