100 hotel rooms have been pre-booked in Stockholm, close to the venue of the meeting. All rooms are to be booked by participants themselves following the various directions below for each hotel, and guaranteed with their own credit cards.

The Comfort Hotel is located in the same building as the conference centre. 30 rooms have been pre-booked from 19-21 October at a special price of 1255 SEK per night including breakfast. Rooms must be booked by 19 September. Ring, fax or email the hotel quoting the booking number 119424 as well as a valid credit card number and expiry date to guarantee the room.

The Rica Hotel Stockholm is about 500 m from the conference centre and close to shops and restaurants. 50 rooms have been pre-booked from 19-21 October at a special price of 1345 SEK per night including breakfast. Rooms must be booked by 7 September. Rooms should be booked via the website. Enter the correct dates and the campaign code SMH091019S. You will have to guarantee the room with a credit card.

The Amaranten is about 500 m from the conference centre. 20 rooms have been pre-booked from 19-21 October at a special price of 1650 SEK per night including breakfast. Any room bookings cancelled after 22 September may be charged with a fee of between 50% and 100% of the booking. Rooms should be booked by sending an email to the hotel quoting the booking code SMHI191009 together with a valid credit card number to guarantee the room.
