BEAT Training Course

On Tuesday, 8th September ESA is offering a training course to conference participants on the usage of The Basic Envisat Atmospheric Toolbox (BEAT). BEAT aims to provide scientists with tools for ingesting, processing, and analysing atmospheric remote sensing data - more detailed information can be found at http://www.stcorp.nl/beat/.

There will be a course for beginners from 10.00 -12.00 and a course for advanced users from 14.00 - 16.00. The course for beginners will cover the familiarisation with the tool and focus on the data handling and display of higher Level atmospheric products. The advanced course is targeted to BEAT users who are doing their own retrieval from Envisat atmospheric Level 1 products.
