Following the successful Dragon Programme Kick-off Symposium held in Xiamen, P.R. China end of April 2004, NRSCC and ESA in cooperation with the Greek Ministry of Development, General Secretariat for Research and Technology (GSRT) are pleased to announce the 2nd annual Dragon Symposium to take place in Santorini, Greece, from 27th June to 1st July 2005. 
Objectives Following the start of the Dragon Programme in 2004, the 2005 Dragon Symposium will bring together the joint Sino-European teams after one year's activity. On a project-by-project basis, the teams will undertake the following:
ESA and NRSCC will provide an overview of the Dragon Programme events. There will also be a session dedicated to presentations by young scientists during the symposium. Organisation The Symposium is organised as follows:
Symposium Venue The Symposium will be hosted at the Petros M. Nomikos Conference Centre on the beautiful island of Santorini, at the south end of the Cyclades, in the Aegean Sea.
